Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banjarnegara kembali melaksanakan proses penilaian rutin tahunan yaitu Penilaian Kinerja kepala Madrasah(PKKM) kepada kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah(MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah(MTs), dan Madrasah Aliyah(MA), baik negeri maupun swasta yang ada dibawah binaannya.
Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah(PKKM) yang berada dibawah Kementerian Agama Banjarnegara kali ini mencakup empat komponen utama yaitu Mutu Kelulusan, Proses Pembelajaean, Mutu Guru, dan Manajerial dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja kepala madrasahyaitu meningkatkan kompetensi dan mutu pendidikan.
Pada tahun Pelajaran 2025/ 2026ini ada sekitar 269 madrasah yang menungg waktu penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah sesuai jadwal yag telah ditentukan yang terdiri dari 209 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, 41 Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan 19 Madrasah Aliyah, baik negeri maupun swasta dengan penilai dari Kantor Kementerian Agama Banjarnegara, yang salah satunya adalah Ibu Dra Hj. Nurlaela Isnaeni, M.Pd.
Ibu Dra Nurlaela, begitu sapannya yang juga seorang pengawas madrasah di kantor kementerian agama Banjarnegara juga hadir untuk menilai kinerja kepala madrasah di MTs Muhammadiyah Merden yang mendapatkan giliran untuk dinilai sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan yaitu pada hari Kamis, tanggal 20 November 2025, bertempat di ruang kelas 7B, dan dimulai pukul 08.00 hingga 15.00 WIB.
Pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah ini dimulai dengan acara pembukaan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Madrasah, lima Budaya Kerja, kemudian dilanjutkan sambutan dari kepala madrasah Bapak Sholeh Santosa, S.Pd.I, dengan mengucapkan selamat datang dan memohon arahan dari Ibu pengawas.
Dalam sambutannya, Ibu Nurlaela, seorang pengawas yang hobinya membaca buku, masa mudanya penuh prestasi dan selalu menjadi penyemangat bagi guru-guru madrasah ini menyampaikan bahwa penilaian dimulai dari bulan November – Desember 2025, dan selaku pengawas madrasah yang bertugas untuk menilai kinerja kepala madrasah bertujuan terkait dengan kinerja bapak ibu guru dan kepala madrasah dari tahun ke tahun adalah progres dari sebuah madrasah yang dibinanya.
Selanjutnya proses penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah yang dibagi menjadi empat kelompok penilaian yaitu kelompok penilaian Mutu Lulusan, Proses Pembelajaran, Mutu Guru, dan Manajerial yang masing-masing terdiri dari beberapa pendidik/ tenaga pendidikan.
Untuk meningkatkan kualitas MTs Muhammadiyah Merden, supaya bapak ibu guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas dalam belajar mandiri yang perlu dilakukan, seperti mengikuti kegiatan MGMP. Bintek, IHT, Workshop dan lainnya, semoga kedepan banyak menorehkan prestasi,” pungkas Ibu Nurlaela setelah memberikan pembinaan didepan guru dan karyawan MTs Muhammadiyah Merden.***

BANYUMAS UPDATE.COM – Dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja guru yang profesional, Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banjarnegara melaksanakan Penilaian Kinerja Guru(PKG) secara rutin bagi guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan Madrasah Aliyah Swasta diwilayah Banjarnegara.
Kegiatan yang diikuti oleh guru-guru Non PNS di lingkungan Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banjarnegara ini dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, tanggal 31 Desember 2024, dimulai dari pukul 07.30 WIB dan bertempat di MTs Cokroaminoto Wanadadi.
Guru-guru Non PNS bersertifikasi yang mengikuti antara lain dari MTs Muhammadiyah Merden, MTs Muhammadiyah Kecepit, MTs Cokro Wanadadi, MTs Cokro Lebakwangi, MTs Cokro Madukara, MTs Al Hidayah Purwasaba, MTs Roudhotuttholibin Purwonegoro, MTs-MA Tangho, MA Walisongo Bayur dan sebagian mengikuti ditempat dan waktu yang berbeda.
Penilaian Kinerja Guru yang dilaksanakan di MTs Cokroaminoto Wanadadi ini dinilai oleh Pengawas MTs/ MA Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang sudah banyak pengalaman dan tak bosan-bosannya senantiasa memotivasi guru-guru dilingkungan Kementerian Agama Banjarnegara yaitu Ibu Dra Hj. Nurlaela Isnaeni, M.Pd.
Salah satu madrasah yang mengikuti penilaian kali ini adalah dari MTs Muhammadiyah Merden Kecamatan Purwanegara dengan peserta tujuh orang guru, namun yang satu orang berhalangan hadir karena sakit.
Alhamdulillah, meski antri cukup lama namun kegiatan tersebut berjalan lancar hingga selesai dan semoga hal ini menjadikan motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dari segi administrasi khususnya bagi guru-guru dilingkungan Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Aamiin***

BANYUMAS UPDATE.COM – Dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kinerja kepala madrasah, Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah melaksanakan Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah (PKKM) pada Madrasah Tasanawiyah(MTs) dan Madrasah Aliyah(MA) secara periodik atau setiap tahun.
Penilaian Kinerja Kepala Madrasah merupakan proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, analisis, dan interpretasi data yang dikerjakan oleh kepala madrasah pada setiap indikator pemenuhan standar, yaitu menghimpun informasi sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan bagi kepala madrasah.
Tahun Pelajaran 2023/ 2024 ini ada sekitar 41 Madrasah Tsanawiyah dan 18 Madrasah Aliyah, baik negeri maupun swasta yang menunggu waktu penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan dengan penilai seorang pengawas dari Kantor Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Banjarnegara.
MTs Muhammadiyah Merden pun mendapatkan giliran untuk dinilai sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan yaitu pada hari Kamis, tanggal 9 November 2023 yang bertempat di ruang kelas 7B, dan dimulai pukul 08.00 hingga 14.30 WIB dengan pengawas Ibu dra Hj. Nurlaela Isnaeni, M.Pd.
Pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah ini dimulai dengan acara pembukaan dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Mars Madrasah, lima budaya kerja, kemudian dilanjutkan sambutan dari kepala madrasah Bapak Sholeh Santosa, S.Pd.I dengan mengucapkan selamat datang dan memohon arahan dari Ibu pengawas.
Selanjutnya sambutan dari pengawas madrasah yang kelihatan selalu energik, suka tantangan dan penuh prestasi dimasa mudanya ini kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penilaian kinerja kepala madrasah yang dibagi menjadi empat kelompok penilaian yaitu Mutu Lulusan, Proses Pembelajaran, Mutu Guru, dan Managerial.
Menurut Ibu Dra Laela Isnaeni, M.Pd, selaku pengawas madrasah Kabupaten Banjarnegara yang bertugas untuk menilai kinerja kepala madrasah bahwa tujuan terkait dengan kinerja bapak ibu guru dan kepala madrasah dari tahun ke tahun adalah progres dari sebuah madrasah yang beliau pimpin.
Dalam hal ini karena menempatkan diri sebagai seorang leader, seorang manager, dan bisa menjadikan madrasah menjadi lebih baik dari tahun ke tahun, hal ini tercermin dari prestasi yang sudah diperoleh peserta didik baik prestasi akademik maupun non akademik, bagaimana peningkatan kualitas bapak ibu guru yang ada di madrasah tersebut.
Harapan beliau, demi peningkatan kualitas MTs Muhammadiyah Merden supaya bapak ibu guru untuk selalu meningkatlkan kualitas dengan belajar mandiri yang perlu bapak ibu lakukan, seperti mengikuti kegiatan MGMP, Bintek, IHT, Workshop dan lainnya.
Sekiranya bapak ibu guru mampu untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut,
insya Alloh bukan sesuatu yang mustahil ketika MTs Muhammadiyah Merden menjadi MTs yang paling diminati, dipercaya oleh masyarakat, dan akan melahirkan output-output dari alumni yang berkualitas.
Dan MTs Muhammadiyah Merden pun akan semakin banyak menorehkan prestasi, pungkasnya mengakhiri wawancara seusai memberikan pembinaan didepan sekitar 30 bapak ibu guru dan karyawan MTs Muhammadiyah Merden.***

BANYUMAS UPDATE.COM – Dalam rangka mengembangkan semangat kreativitas santri dalam mengembangkab bakat maupun minatnya serta mendapat dukungan baru sebagai rasa syukur santri kelas 7 karena telah lulus “Nyantri” selama dua bulan.
Sekaligus sebagai bentuk rasa Syukur santri kelas 7 selama dua bulan di Pondok Pesantren Daarul Falaah Merden Kecamatan Purwanegara, Kabupaten Banjarnegara ini, digelar acara Daarul Falaah All Stars Show (DASS) yang ke IX.
Daarul Falaah All Stars Show digelar pada hari Sabtu (9/9/23), mulai pukul 20.00 dan bertempat di halaman Masjid Kompleks Pondok Pesantren Daarul Falaah Merden, yang dihadiri oleh wali santri kelas 7, 8, 9 dan tamu undangan.
Suasana Pergelaran Daarul Falaah All Stars Show tadi malam yang melibatkan seluruh santri baik kelas VII, VIII, maupun kelas IX cukup meriah dan sangat menghibur karena mereka tampil dengan gembira penuh semangat sebagai pengalaman baru khususnya untuk kelas VII, apalagi dihadiri wali santri dan diiringi dengan letupan kembang api di udara berkali-kali.
Acara dimulai dengan tampilnya tiga santri kelas X Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah Daarul Falah untuk memandu acara. Acara pertama Tilawah yang dibawakan sepuluh santriwati, dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dan pembukaan Daarul Falaah All Stars Show oleh Mudir Daarul Falaah Merden, Agus Triawan dan Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Merden, Soleh Santosa.
Acara kedua yaitu Grand Opening, ketiga Penampilan rebana, Paduan suara, Tapak suci putra Muhammadiyah, Nusantara Dance, Tapak suci putri, Nasyid, Perkusi, Cup song, Tari smaphore, Tari Saman, Drama putri, Nasyid 2, Tari wonderland, Drama putra, Paduan suara 2
Menurut Mudir Pondok Pesantren Daarul Falaah Merden, Agus Triawan bahwa selama hampir dua bulan ini santri kelas VII tidak ada yang pulang, merengek atau pun menangis tapi bisa problem solving dimana santri berhasil menyelesaiakan masalah yamg dihadapi dalam dua bulan pertama nyantri.

BANYUMAS UPDATE.COM – Dalam upaya membudidayakan hidup bersih dan sehat yang kini dirasakan semakin penting untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sejak usia dini, diselenggarakan Lomba Cerdas Cermat(LCC) Doktter Kecil dan Kader Kesehatan Remaja(KKR) Tingkat Kecamatan Purwanegara, Kabupaten Banjarnegara.
Lomba Cerdas Cermat Dokter Kecil untuk SD/MI dan Kader Kesehatan remaja untuk SMP/MTs ini terselenggara atas kerjasama pemerintah Kecamatan Purwanegara melalui Korwilcam Dikpora dengan Puskesmas Purwanegara 1 dan 2.
Kegiatan LCC Dokter Kecil dan KKR yang diselenggarakan pada hari Selasa (8/8/2023), bertempat di Gedung Ganesha dan SD Negeri 1 Purwanegara ini diikuti 55 peserta untuk tingkat SD/MI serta 17 peserta untuk tingkat SMP/ MTs se-Kecamatan Purwanegara.
Menurut Lusito, selaku Ketua Panitia Lomba LCC Kecamatan Purwanegara mengatakan bahwa tujuan dari kegiatan ini supaya anak-anak memiliki kemampuan pengetahuan tentang bagaimana kesehatan di usia SD/MI, kemudian untuk Kader Kesehatan Remaja supaya anak-anak memahami tentang bagaimana caranya mengolah kesehatan bagi remaja.
Lomba yang berlangsung mulai pukul 07.30 ini masing-masing diambil enam besar yaitu: LCC Dokcil, Juara pertama SDN Kaliajir, juara kedua SDN 4 Karanganyar, juara ketiga SDN 3 Karanganyar, juara harapan 1 SDN 5 Purwanegara, juara harapan 2 SDN 1 Kaliajir, juara harapan 3 MIMa Kalipelus.
Sedangkan untuk LCC KKR, Juara pertama SMPN 1 Purwanegara, juara kedua MTs Raudlotut Tholibin, juara ketiga MTs Muhammadiyah Merden, juara harapan 1 SMPN 4 Purwanegara, juara harapan 2 MTs Muhammdiyah Merden, juara harapan 3 MTs Atthahiriyah Pucungbedug.
Selanjutnya dari enam besar, terpilih dua peserta yang mewakili Kecamatan Purwanegara untuk mengikuti lomba berikutnya ditingkat Kabupaten Banjarnegara yaitu KKR: Talita Atha Funisa(SMPN 1 Purwanegara) dan Zahro Rahmadani(MTs Raudlotut Tholibin), Dokcil: Fegi Fiansyah(SDN 2 Kaliajir dan Asyifa Ghika Puspaningtyas(SDN 4 Karanganyar).
Hasil sementara mengikuti lomba LCC Dokcil dan KKR tingkat kabupaten Banjarnegara yang berlangsung hari ini Rabu(30/8/23) siang tadi diperoleh bahwa perwakilan KKR dari kecamatan Purwanegara masuk 10 besar yaitu Talita Atha Funisa, meraih peringkat kedua dan Zahro Rahmadani, peringkat sepuluh.
Ternyata perjuangan Talita, siswi kelas 8 SMPN 1 Purwanegara yang meraih peringkat kedua ini belum selesai karena masih harus mempersiapkan diri masuk enam besar dan akan mengikuti tahap selanjutnya yaitu babak penyisihan LCC KKR yang diagendakan pada tanggal 6 September 2023 mendatang, semoga lancar dan bisa menjadi yang terbaik. BANYUMAS UPDATE.COM – MTs Muhammadiyah Merden, Kecamatan Purwanegara Kabupaten Banjarnegara mengadakan kegiatan Launching Gerakan Sodaqoh Sampah Dan Bank sampah pada hari Senin (21/7/2023) yang diikuti oleh seluruh siswa, guru, maupun karyawan di lingkungan madrasah.
Kegiatan Launching gerakan Shodaqoh Sampah dan bank Sampah yang diprrogramkan oleh Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) Purwanegara 2 Kabupaten Banjarnegara ini dalam rangka untuk mencipakan pola hidup bersih dan sehat khususnya di lingkungan madrasah.
Gerakan shodaqoh sampah dan bank sampah ini dilakukan oleh siswa, guru, maupun karyawan dengan cara memungut dan mengumpulkan botol-bptpl plastik bekas yang terbuang di jalan-jalan, tempat sampah atau lingkungan sekitar madrasah.
Gerakan Sodaqoh Sampah ini sejalan dengan salah satu materi dalam Masa Orientasi Siswa Madrasah (MATSAMA) yang tengah berlangsung di MTs Muhammadiyah Merden, diantaranya ada Pembiasaan Hidup Bersih Madrasah (PHBM).
Menurut Anwar Maarif, selaku Waka Urusan Kesiswaan bahwa tujuan kegiatan tersebut adalah memberikan pembelajaran pada seluruh siswa-siswi madrasah untuk peka terhadap lingkungan, bagaimana cara menjadi anak-anak yang memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan dan masyarakat serta menumbuhkan rasa empati.
Indikator PHBM di Madrasah yaitu merupakan langkah untuk mebudayakan siswa, guru, dan karyawan madrasah lainnya agar bisa dan mau melakukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam menciptakan madrasah yang sehat dan tamah lingkungan.
Anwar pun berharap semoga launching kali ini bukan akhir segalanya tapi ini menjadi pembiasaan siswa madrasah dalam rangka menjaga kebersihan lingkungan madrasah. Perilaku yang ditumbuhkan dalam madrasah adalah perilaku hidup bersih madrasah.***

]]>Ini adalah sebuah persiapan yang sangat baik sebelum mereka mempelajari ilmu-ilmu lainnya dan berada di lingkungan kehidupan masyarakat yang lebih luas. Bak gayung bersambut bagi Daarul Falaah yang menggelar Tasabah.
Tasabah yang pernah digelar beberapa kali di Daarul Falaah ini mendapat respon yang baik dari masyarakat, menjadi motivasi bagi ustadz, ustadzah di lingkungan pesantren khususnya bagi santriwan dan santriwati yang ditunjuk untuk membantu kegiatan ini.
Antusiasme peserta Tasabah di Daarul Falaah kali ini luar biasa, diluar perkiraan pihak pesantren. Banyak peserta yang ingin mendaftar tapi terpaksa ditolak. Bukan ditolak mentah-mentah tapi diarahkan untuk mengikuti kegiatan Tasabah yang akan datang.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung bukan di waktu perpulangan santri serta terbatasnya ruangan yang akan digunakan tentu menjadi kendala, sehingga peserta yang berasal dari Sekolah Dasar maupun Madrasah Ibtidaiyah ini perlu dibatasi.
Kegiatan ini digelar pada Sabtu – Ahad, 22 – 23 Oktober 2022 di kompleks Pondok Pesantren Daarul Falaah Muhammadiyah Merden. Peserta yang mengikuti sekitar 234 siswa Sekolah Dasar, SDIT dan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se cabang Merden dan sekitarnya.
Selama kegiatan digelar, peserta mendapatkan motivasi, taushiyah dari ustadz Citra Putra Raharjo dan pemandu per halaqoh dari ustadz dan santri kelas delapan dan sembilan yang memenuhi syarat hingga penutupan Ahad pagi.
